  • When collecting the parcel in the presence of the carrier, please check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. If damage to the shipment is found (e.g. broken tapes, damaged packaging), please prepare a damage report signed by the carrier and the recipient and contact us immediately.


The consequence of not preparing a damage report with the courier is that the carrier may refuse to accept the complaint. In such a situation, we will try to positively consider the complaint with the transport company, but unfortunately we have no influence on this decision.
